Lange and Jamie Patrick are a husband and wife real estate team based in Arvada, CO. They approached us to create a brand that communicates the unique qualities of their partnership, and to establish a strong foundation for future growth and expansion as a real estate group.
We needed to work within the parameters set by Compass, their real estate brokerage, by utilizing specific typefaces and prioritizing black and white as the primary logo colors. Beyond this, we wanted Lange and Jamie to have a flexible brand that was sophisticated, yet entirely approachable - just like them!
The brand suite is straightforward, but sophisticated. We utilized a simple house shape to form the base of the P in Patrick, allowing for a unique monogram icon. The negative space just above the house forms an abstract mountain peak, perfect for Lange & Jamie’s expertise along the Colorado Front Range.
We made sure to incorporate the couple’s tagline ‘Better Together’ in the supporting marks to communicate trust and teamwork to their clients.
For website and social media collateral, we were inspired by the rich tones and textures of Denver’s architecture and the beautiful blue skies that we enjoy year round. The resulting color palette has depth and sophistication that allows listing photos to shine.
