Our Process
01
Initial Engagement
The purpose of the initial engagement is to pitch visual direction for your space and define the scope of work for your project. We’ll visit in person to experience your space firsthand and see how people naturally interact with it. At the end of this phase you'll have a design direction presentation with distinct visual direction including inspiration imagery and custom sketches for focal areas throughout your space.

Design, Document, & Estimate
This phase includes graphic design (branding, patterns, and icons), interior design (furniture, accent lighting, rugs, and accessories), environmental design (applied graphics, dimensional signage, and custom-built elements), and technical design (detailed drawings and documentation for subcontractor estimating). At the end of this phase, you will have completed design presentations along with Wit.Co and subcontractor estimates for install.

Installation Oversight
After designs and install estimates have been approved, the interior and environmental design install phase of the project begins. We will oversee the installation virtually and in person by coordinating with subcontractors (painter, signage company, carpenter, etc.) to ensure design plans are implemented to our standards. For non-local clients, our fees will include the cost of travel for 1 to 2 in person visits during key points of the install.
