We partnered with Element Church, located in Cheyenne, WY, to reimagine their lobby, transforming it into a space that feels bright, welcoming, and intentionally designed for connection. One of the most impactful early decisions was shifting the ceiling from black to white, an investment that completely changed the experience of the space. With limited natural light, this move allowed the entire environment to feel more open, airy, and inviting from the moment you walk in. Within the lobby, we brought clarity and purpose to the open plan by defining key zones: a “New Here” moment for first-time guests, a connection area to foster community, and a “Who We Are” wall paired with a map installation to highlight Element’s outreach and impact. The café was reimagined as a true gathering space, featuring a custom community table, countertop seating, and integrated banquettes—creating a flexible environment that serves both the congregation on weekends and the broader community throughout the week.
